Use the complete station name from the ticket when arranging a connection; a booking that says only Lichfield station leaves the actual collection unclear.
The National Memorial Arboretum is at Alrewas on Croxall Road, not a city-centre Lichfield attraction. If the Arboretum is your destination, give its name and postcode DE13 7AR. A hotel in Lichfield and a visit there need separate addresses, and any stop at the hotel for luggage should be requested as part of the journey.

Agree extra waiting, the rate, charging interval and parking costs with your driver before it starts. The driver collects the agreed charge; Luxzline has no fixed extra-waiting rate. Do not pay again for costs already included.
