For University of Northampton travel, identify the building you need at Waterside Campus, not only the university name. The university gives different taxi arrival guidance for the east and west sides of the site. A teaching building, sports visit and student accommodation may need different entrances or an initial stop to collect keys.
The university’s guidance places Senate, ICLT, Logistics Hub and sports areas on the east-side arrival route, with Learning Hub, Creative Hub and Engine Shed approached from the west. Confirm the appropriate layby with your host for your particular visit. Open-day parking instructions are not the same as instructions for an ordinary taxi arrival.
Northampton station is on Black Lion Hill and is separate from Waterside Campus. If a rail connection is part of your itinerary, name the station and agree the collection point. For Manchester Airport departures, allow for the complete drive from the actual address, possible delays and the airline’s recommended arrival time rather than using a meeting or checkout time as the starting allowance.

Agree extra waiting, the rate, charging interval and parking costs with your driver before it starts. The driver collects the agreed charge; Luxzline has no fixed extra-waiting rate. Do not pay again for costs already included.
