Teesside includes several neighbouring destinations. A student arriving in Middlesbrough, a hotel guest in Stockton and a visitor to Wynyard need different addresses and collection arrangements. Use the place you are actually staying or visiting when requesting a quote.

  For a journey continuing to Hartlepool, Redcar, Darlington or another nearby destination, enter the full address. Check that the selected location matches your reservation or visit instructions.

Manchester Airport or Teesside International?

This page covers journeys between Manchester Airport (MAN) and destinations on Teesside. Teesside International Airport (MME), near Darlington, is a separate airport.

University arrivals: match the campus to your address

Teesside University's main campus is in Middlesbrough, with the general campus postcode TS1 3BX. The University also has a separate Darlington campus, so use the building and location in your arrival instructions rather than the institution's name alone.

Durham University International Study Centre is in the Ebsworth Building at Queen's Campus, University Boulevard, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BH. This is separate from Durham University's city locations and from Teesside University.

For a first arrival from abroad, your residence or key-collection address may be the correct first stop. Confirm access with your accommodation provider and add a separate stop if you need to collect keys elsewhere. Include accompanying passengers, large cases and bedding bags when checking vehicle suitability.

Useful hotel, business and visitor postcodes

These selected destinations help distinguish addresses across the region and wider Tees Valley. Use the full name and arrival instructions from your reservation; a postcode alone does not identify every entrance.

Wynyard Hall bedrooms are reserved for wedding and event guests; cottages have separate booking arrangements. Use the accommodation and arrival point confirmed by your host.

If a hotel or event is your first stop after landing, confirm reception or entry arrangements. For a pickup after a performance, meeting or museum visit, allow time to collect your belongings and reach an agreed, permitted collection point.

One airport journey, several stops

Travelling together from different homes, or continuing from one flight to separate hotels? Add every requested stop before confirming so the route, timing and vehicle can be checked.

Agree the order of stops and provide a contact who is travelling. Include any luggage, pushchairs or equipment added along the way. If passengers arrive on different flights, contact Luxzline to discuss their arrival times before arranging one collection.

Choose a vehicle for passengers and luggage

Luxzline does not supply child, infant or booster seats. If you plan to bring your own, check vehicle compatibility in advance.

Your pickup at Manchester Airport

Provide the airline, flight number and current terminal where available. Include a phone number the travelling passenger can use after landing, with its international country code, and follow the collection instructions supplied with the booking.

Airport pickups include 75 minutes of free waiting; non-airport pickups include 20 minutes. With flight details only, airport waiting starts at actual arrival. With a booked pickup time, it starts at that time; a flight delay moves pickup by the same delay, preserving your booked buffer. Early arrival does not bring pickup forward. Agree extra waiting, the rate, charging interval and parking costs with your driver before it starts. The driver collects the agreed charge; Luxzline has no fixed extra-waiting rate. Do not pay again for costs already included.

Teesside to Manchester Airport transfers

Plan your pickup around your airline's recommended terminal arrival time. Allow for the full road journey, loading luggage, every stop and possible traffic delays. There is no single journey time for the whole region.

For an early flight, check whether the pickup needs to be on the previous calendar date and arrange hotel checkout in advance. If your return starts at a different address, enter it separately and check both legs on your confirmation.
