A stay in Chester may begin at a hotel and end after a city visit. Use the accommodation’s vehicle arrival instructions and postcode, particularly where the guest entrance and practical car meeting point differ. Do not treat a pedestrian landmark as an automatically available stopping place.

Airport pickups include 75 minutes of free waiting; non-airport pickups include 20 minutes. With flight details only, airport waiting starts at actual arrival. With a booked pickup time, it starts at that time; a flight delay moves pickup by the same delay, preserving your booked buffer. Early arrival does not bring pickup forward.
Extra waiting
Agree extra waiting, the rate, charging interval and parking costs with your driver before it starts. The driver collects the agreed charge; Luxzline has no fixed extra-waiting rate. Do not pay again for costs already included.
Optional Meet & Greet
Add Meet & Greet for £15 in Step 2 of the booking form. It is not free or automatic.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free until 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations follow the booking terms.
