Holyhead railway station is on Station Approach, London Road. It is connected with the port, but a train arrival and ferry passenger collection are different instructions. State whether the car is meeting a rail service or a sailing and give the operator and agreed meeting point.
For a ferry journey, check the passenger-terminal instructions and check-in deadline with your ferry company. Vehicle check-in and foot-passenger arrangements are not interchangeable. An airport transfer to the port does not include a ferry ticket, access beside the vessel or a guaranteed sailing connection.
For collection after a sailing, allow time to disembark and reach the agreed meeting point with your bags. A scheduled docking time is not the time the car can necessarily depart. Review the airport drive, a delay margin and airline arrival guidance before booking a flight connection.

Airport waiting
Airport pickups include 75 minutes of free waiting; non-airport pickups include 20 minutes. With flight details only, airport waiting starts at actual arrival. With a booked pickup time, it starts at that time; a flight delay moves pickup by the same delay, preserving your booked buffer. Early arrival does not bring pickup forward.
Extra waiting
Agree extra waiting, the rate, charging interval and parking costs with your driver before it starts. The driver collects the agreed charge; Luxzline has no fixed extra-waiting rate. Do not pay again for costs already included.
Optional Meet & Greet
Add Meet & Greet for £15 in Step 2 of the booking form. It is not free or automatic.
Cancellation
