With a booked pickup time, it starts at that time; a flight delay moves pickup by the same delay, preserving your booked buffer. Early arrival does not bring pickup forward.
Extra waiting
Agree extra waiting, the rate, charging interval and parking costs with your driver before it starts. The driver collects the agreed charge; Luxzline has no fixed extra-waiting rate. Do not pay again for costs already included.
